Chemical Inflamatory Mediator (Mediator Kimia Radang)
Inflamation is a protective response to the various stimuli whose goal is to eradicate the stimuli of both the initial cause of cell injury and the consequences of such injury, the necrotic cells and tissue. Without inflamation, infection would run among and wound would never heal. In the other hand, the inflamatory reaction depend on chemical mediators such as vasoactive amines, plama proteases, the complement system, the kinin system, the clotting system, arachidomic acid metabolites, platelet-activating factor, cytokine, nitric oxide, lysosomal consituent of leukocytes, oxygen-derived free radicals and others mediators.
