Juvenile Polyposis Coli
Juvenile Polyposis Coli (JPC) is the poly mainly found at the colon and rectum that have neonplastic character. The polyp can also be found in the whole intestine and called : 'Juvenile Gastro Intestinal Polyposis'. The microscopically appearance of polyp is a tubuler epithelial development surrounded by cells produces mucous. JPC usually attacks children and adult, while the ethiologyes factors are : hereditary factor, inflammation or allergy. Polyp of JPC becomes prolapse through the anal and caused anal haemorrhagic. The diagnose of JPC made based on clinical symptoms, patologic examination and the best diagnose is based on a radiologic examination such as barium anema with double contrast. There are many other diseases similar to JPC, but only as a 'Polyposis Syndrome'.
