Abducen Nerve Paresis caused by Chronical Otitis Media (Parese Nervus Abdusen karena Otitis Media Kronik)
A 19 years old women was diagnosed from chronic otitis media with complication of facial nerve paralysis and abducen nerve paresis. Clinical descriptions were otorrhea, excreated suppuration from, left retro aurecular fistel, facial paralysis, diplopia, convergen strabismus, otalgia side left side hearing disorder and left side teste disorder. Based on the data collected, this case was the first case at Ear, Nose and Throat Department of Dr. Karyadi hospital in Semarang for the past ten years and probably was the first there.
