Personality Profile of PT 'X' Employess in Bandung whom Recurrent Came Without Any Objective Symptomps (Profil Kepribadian Karyawan PT 'X' Bandung yang Berobat Ulang Tanpa Indikasi Medis yang Jelas)
A descriptive comparative study on personality profile has been done on 2 groups employess of PT. 'X' Bandung attending the out patient's services between August 11, to August 31, 1994. The 1- group (n=33) as the research subjects were employees whom recurrent came to the out patient's services without any objective symptomps. The I-group (n=34) as the comparative subjects had characteristics similar to the I-group but rarely visited the out patient's services but if they did, they usually have some objective symptomps. The two groups were tested by Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Intentory (MMPI) and the results were proceed by computer. Analysis of the data is by chi-square and t test method. In the clinic scale, the most significant different differences between the two groups were in scale 1 and scale 2, and a significant difference was found in scale 4. In the research scale, there was a very significant different in as scale. The conclusion is that employess from the group I have a weaker ego than the group II. The employees in the group I frequently show self-dramatization of illness in the stress situations and visited to the out patient's services maybe as a reason for leaving their job or responsibility. They were leave their jobs without any responsibility about the effects of they're done.
