Anaplastic Carcinoma of Thyroid (Karsinoma Anaplastik Tiroid)

Anaplastic (undifferentiated) carcinoma of thyroid is a highly malignant tumor. This can be developed directly (denovo) but also indirectly a well-differentiated tumor. In case a speciment shows both undifferentiated and well-differentiated characteristic, we can firmly concluded that the undifferentiated tumor is a transformation form of the well-differentiated tumor. The following is a case study of the tumor mentioned. To establish the diagnoses peroxydase antiperoxydase immunochemistry slide should be made.
