The development of Health Insurance Scheme (JPKM) program, especially in connection with cooperative movement aspects, that need attentions are good management of funding included fund collections are good utilization. Evaluation study was conducted in Yogyakarta, the results showed that the premium collection were more succesfull of contributed directly by the members, and its better to manage JPKM budget separated from other budget activites. The allocation of funds mostly was used for medical treatment and the adventage for achieving the future goal of JPKM Program.
