Objective : Production of tracer for hCG RIA kit. Design/data identification : Descriptive laboratoric. Setting : Makmal Terpadu Imunoendokrinologi and Department of Biochemistry. Subject, patients, participants : Urine from pregnant women and molahidatidosa patient, hCG antigen, I125. Intervensions : Chemical, biochemical and imunological reactions. Main outcome measures : Binding percentage. Results : Maximum binding obtained 70.9 percent- 77.9 percent with reaction of Ag-Ab methods. Maximum binding obtained 87 percent-94 percent with TCA 30 percent methods. Conclusions : Result to showed maximum binding is high.
