Current Approaches in the Management of Emissional Dysfunction
This review article explored the mechanism of neural control of the seminal tract and sperm transport through it, to approach the rational management of emissional dysfunction. The identification of retroperitoneal and intrapelvic sympathetic nerves controlling seminal emission from the ejaculatory duct (SEED), the compensatory pathways for SEED after transection of hypogastric nerve, the mechanism of sperm transport through the vas deferens, and a new method to generate seminal emission were discussed.
