Herpes genitalis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by virus. This infectious disease is found in a highest number among the diseases transmitted sexually. It causes not only discomforts to the patients but it is difficult to cure as well and may be uncurable which may bring psychological problems to the patients. In addition, the course of the disease may be chronic and may end in malignancy.
