Malignant Neuroleptic Syndrome (MNS) is a condition that is threatening human being, caused by neuroleptic idiosyncration reaction. There are a lot of symptoms that marked MNS. It is undeniable that the increase of using neuroleptic drugs is one of the increasing factors of MNS in the last 20 years. Nevertheless, clinical symptoms, supporting examination, patogenesis, anatomical pathology, risk factor, the criteria of diagnosis and differential diagnosis as well as the complication must be strictly to restructure the MNS, besides therapy and prognosis of MNS, so that the consequences can be minimized. Any way we urgently to be aware to face condition similar to MNS, which has totally different prevention to MNS.
