Perbedaa Tingkat Pengetahuan tenatang Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut pada Siswa Kelas VI Sekolah dasar Negeri di denpasar Selatan

Sixth grade elementary student commonly 12 years old, seem to be at the appropriate time to learn and to be conscious in taking 12 years old, seem to be at the appropriate time to learn and to be conscious in taking care of caries, as it said that they are internationally at the global caries monitoring age. Purposely, this research is to know the difference of knowledge level among 6th grade elementary students in public school that has experiencing and learning about mouth and teeth and teeth health care and who don’t in South Denpasar in 2009. Based on analysis descriptive result, it is to know that 6th grade elementary school student who has been learned and taught about teeth and mouth health care get the highest score of 100 and the lowest is 60, with average score of 80,6 with very good criteria. But 6th grade student in public school who do not get this programmed get only 90 for the highest score and the lowest is 45 and the average of 62.2 with enough criteria. Satistic examination of independent t- test carried out to know the difference of knowledge level of teeth and mouth health care, have been gotten a significant result with t=3.384 and p=0,001, that means, there is a significant difference between the knowledge level of teeth and mouth health care among 6th grade student who have experience in learning dental health care and those who den’t.
