Caries is decease of the teeth caused by the active bacteria on carbohydrate through the fermentation process. There are four (4) factors caused the caries decease: microorganism (plaque), substrate, host and time that working simultaneous. The condition of DMF-T according to pH plaques, discovered to be all patient that has pH plaques ≤5.5 no one is free from caries and the highest frequency of DMF-T found in the patient with pH plaque ≤5.5. Statistic examination of Pearson correlation test has show a significant result, weak correlation with negative pattern.
