Ager is an dynamic emotion which occurred in everybody in their life and unconsciously is an defense mechanism which is use in order to make us not feel down to face someone else. In whatever matter if we could know and understand, anger could be the first steep to solve some problem, but almost of us still not be able to use and manage anger as an problem colving even mostly we don’t know do we express anger itself which it has been a problem. That’s way we need an effective anger management with an assertive problem solving. In anger management there are six ways which could be done, they are: knowing and understanding anger itself. Identifying and preparing the anger precipitation, aware the anger as soon as possible and solve the problem that appear, identifying and changing mindset which could appearing anger more, stay cool in an bad condition, and stay in a right line : defense behavior and face the problem that could be as a barrier, including doing a yoga or meditation therapy with Bhastrika Pranayama technic
