Hubungan antara Masase Fundus Uteri pada Persalinan Kala III dan Kejadian Perdarahan Pasca Persalinan
Maternal Morality Rate (MR) in Indonesia remained high. The SDKI surveys (Survey Demografi Kesehatan Indoneia) in 2002-2003), the MMR increased from 334 to 307 per 100.00 of the life births. More than 90% of death were caused by obstetric complications, which could not be predicted during pregnancy. This was an analytical study after a gross-sectional design on 34 mothers, which was a total population number of post-delivery mothers. The independent variable to be investigated was massase fundus uteri on the 3rd period deliveries pada persalian kala III, and the dependent variable was the occurrence of post-partum bleeding. Data were collected using observation sheets. Relationhips of research variables were analyzed using Sperman Rho test at P value of 0.05. The study showed that: following massase fundus uteri at on 3rd period deliveries pada among 34 mothers, there was one incident of post-partum bleeding (2.9%).
