Pengaruh Rawat Gabung terhadap Kelancaran Produksi ASI Ibu Post Partum

Mother’s milk is best food for baby nurse was naturally of woman. Join treatment is one of treatment way where mother and baby which is just borne do not be dissociated but laced in a room or space together during 24 hours. The purpose of this research is to know the join treatment influency of mother’s milk production on post partum mother in Surya Hasadha Hospital The research with analytic observational characteristic by crss-sectional approach and sample taken by using finite population so that obtained sample in amount of 52 persons. The research taken place during December 2008 until January 2009 data collecting by using observation data presentation in the form of tables, data analysis and diagram by using non parametric test (chi square). From analysis and perception results after join treatment conducted on post partum mothers start from first day up to third day were got 35 persons or 67,30% the mother’s milk production is not fluent. From the worked non parametric test (chi-square) result obtained from chi saure egual to 6.231with α; 0,05 and Asymp. Sig. 0,013. Where value of Asymp. Sig smaller than value of α: 0.05 so that can be concluded that Ho refused or there is join treatment influence to fluency of mother’s milk production.
