Isolasi dan Uji Antioksidam Flavonoid Daun Kemuning (Muarraa paniculata L)
This study was conducted to isolate flavonoid that was guessed as the active component of Muraya Pabiculata L leaves that has anti inflammation property through anti oxydance mechanism. The leaves were extracted using infusum methods. The liquid was then mixed with ethyl acetate. We checked the flavonoid content by paper chromatography using 15 % of acetate acid moving phase. We found that the flavonoid content in ethyl acetate fraction was more than in water fraction, which was shown by the intensity strength of stain. The anti oxydance test used the mixture of aqua destilata with 2 % ferry chloride and 1 % ferry cyanide foun blue stain that was a positive sign. Flavonoid in in the enthyl acetate fraction was isolated by paper chromatography using 15 % of acetate acid moving phase d. The flavonoid band with the same rf was cut, collected and extraxted with meth methanol. Thepurity of the isolate was tested by two dimention paper chromatography using the moving phase of TBAA (Toluen- n Butanol-asam Asetat-Air = 1,5 : 1,5 : 1 : 1) as the first developer and 15 % acetate acid as the second developer. The result showed 2 stains, the fies one was dominant stain and the second was dirt stain, which means the isolate was not 100 % pure. The structure of partial flavonoid isolate was conducted by UV spectroscopy using diagnostic reactor. We found that neither by chromatography and UV spectroscopy we could yet understood the constituent sub structure.
