Abnormality or lesion intra trakea or bronchial (endobronhial) variated from from benign to malignant lesion. Endobronchial cryotherapy is treatment modality that used freeze technical to destroy lesion intra airway lumen. Indicated endobronchial cryotherapy is intraluminal airway lesion or abnormality or obstruction trachea or bronchus. Because delayed effect of theatment, crytherapy was not indicated as a first choice in life saving severe airways obstruction that needed a fast intervention. Endobronchial cryotherapy is safe because no risk severe airways obstruction that needed a fast intervention. Endobronchial cryotherapy is safe because no risk insidens of airway or bronchus perforation, no correlated with fire risk in airways, electrical accident with successfully almost 100%. Cryoterapy could be used paliatif treatment for malignant lesion in intra airways.
