Patogenitas Bacillus thuringiensis H-14 Galur dalam Media Air Cucian Beras terhadap Larva Nyamuk Anopheles Aconitus dan Aedes Aegypti (Pathogenity of The Local Strain of Bacillus thuringiensis H-14 in The Rice Washed Water Media against Anopheles aconitus and Aedes aegypti Mosquito Larvae)
A study was conduced using local strain of Bacillus thuringiensis H-14 which was culture in a rice washed water in Institute for Vektor and Resevoir Control Research Development (IVRCRD) Salatiga. The aim of this study was to determine the pathogenicity of the local strain of B. thuringiensis H-14 against Anopheles aconitus and Aedes aegypti third instar larvae. The pathogenicity test was conducted according to the proposed by WHO method to determine the LC 30 and LC 90 which were computed using the probit analysis. The results showed that the pathognicity of the local strain of Bacillus thuringiensis H-14 for biological control 50% and 90% third instar larvae An aconitus and Ae aegypti after 24 hours exposure werw 0,024 ml/100ml (LC30) 0.048ml/100ml (LC90) and 0.002ml/100ml (LC30), 0.005 ml/100ml (LC90) respectively. After 48 hours exposure this was 0,013 ml/100 (LC30), 0.035 ml/100 ml (LC90) and 0.0004 ml/100 ml (LC90), 0.00 ml/100 ml (LC 90) respectively. This study will be continued the next trial.
