In developed countries, cancer represents the second death cause after cardiovascular disease. In Indonesia, cervix cancer represents the most cancer case at wonan. Continous efforts to find the effective cancer drug with the small sede effects were still conducted. One of the way for obtaining that purpose is by exploring the source of nature cytotoxic activity of Ageratum conyzoides L, leaves on HeLa cell, and it was determined by cell viability method. The number of viable exclusion. The cytotoxicity test of etanolic extract of bandotan leaves to HeLa cell showed that LC50 value was equal to 855 µg/ml.
