Evaluation of the Infant Newborn with Vacuum Extraction in Neonatal Room Langsa General Hospital, East Aceh, Indonesia (Evaluasi Bayi Lahir dengan Ekstraksi Vakum di Ruang Neonatus RSU Langsa, Aceh Timur)

It has been performed retrospective study from 58 (14.25 percent) newborn baby with vacuum extraction from 407 newborn in Langsa General Hospital. In this study we found that age of the mothers about 25 until 34 years old (51.72 percent), primigravida (56.89 percent), and aterm 100 percent. The indication of vacuum extraction are delete (82.75 percent), placenta previa (8.62 percent), anomali of umbilical cord (5.17 percent), and preeklampsia (3.45 percebnt). From the study we found that vacuum extraction still high and the greater part of them were without prenatal care.
