Ketanggapan Konsumen terhadap Pelayanan Kesehatan di Poliklik Astek (Studi Kasus di Salah Satu Poliklinik Astek di Surabaya Barat)
Workers is one of main resources in the development. In order to maintain the worker productivity and to assure the health of the workers. PT Jamsostek by the JPK program provides health services for workers and their famlies who participate the JPK program. The study was to determne factors corelated to consumen responsiveness by a cross sectional design. It was conducted within one monthperiod. A total 90 respondetns wee taken who visited a policlinic. Astek in the aftemon where located in west Surabaya. Theywere particants of the JPK program from 6 factorsies. The majority of patients or consumens were young adults and workers themselves. They were mostly the firsttime visting the policlinic for the symptoms complaint. The common complaint were at first for acut respiratory infection, second for digestive diseases, and the hird for tissues and skin diseases. Examination in accordance to the symptoms complant, 70%, coorelated to satisfactory responsiveness to health services showed as assurance f having good examination. For young adults. 28% correlated to satisfactory responsiveness. Stek was correlated to in accordance examination for the symptoms complaint. Likely that consuments who first time visiting the policlinics received careful examination in comparation to those who visited more than once. Waiting time and the quality of drugs could be improved. To improve a policlinics health services, it could be done by describing the process of providing health service and then set score for each service. Moreover, it needs to consider the policlinics staffs management. Hence it is important to conduct further study by revising variables at the PT. Jamsostek form
