Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Perilaku Pasien Berobat ke Puskesmas
About 33% of Indonesiam people who have illness visited community health the related factors. The design of the study was using secondary data of centers. The rest prefered self medication, other medical cares, and traditional medications. The study aimed to achieve information o the characteristic of inpatients and outpatients in the community health centers, and also Household Survey (SKRT) 2004 as sub samples of National Social Economic Survey (SUSENAS) 2004. The population were Indonesian people who lived in 30 provinces. The samples composed of 16,021 members of household age 15 years old and more. There were 5,387 household in which one of the members was identified as an outpatient during he last 1 year ago; and beside as amount of 774 hosehold which one of their member have been identified as an inpatient since the last 5 years. Data analysis were conducted to the member, of household, who had illness and had been identified as outpatients or inpatient, of the survey by Chi-Square test and multiple logistics regression. Results showed the characteristics of outpatients and inpatients in the community health centers, the majority were 26-35 years old, women, had elementary level education, and no high economic status, living in rural areas and also had no health insurance. Factors related to the medication behaviors for outpatients in the community health centers were those had job, high economic status, living in raural areas, and had no health insurance. Factors related to the medication behavior for inpatientsin the community health centers were elementary level eduaction and living in rural areas.
