Placental Site Trophoblastic Tumor (Placental Site Trophoblastic Tumor : a Case Report)
Clinical findings with placental site trophoblastic tumor (PSIT) at adminission was hiperemesis gravidarum, in which may be caused by early pregnancy. In this case beta hCG (human Chorionic Gonadotrophin) was negative. Histopathology of endometrial curretage were shown only by arias stella reaction, hidatidiform mole was not found. Bleeding in the abdominal cavity was found in the diagnostic laparotomy, which some were malignancy and villi choriales were not found. Immunostaining for beta hCG and hPL (human Placental Latogen) ascertained the diagnosis of Placental Site Trophoblastic Tumor.
