Hubungan Tahap Perkembangan Keluarga denganTingkat Penerimaan Anak yang Mengalami Autisme di RUP Sanglah
Autism is one syndrome of the child development disorder with complicity problem. The sign and symptom of the diseases arenot clearly known. There are many concepts to describe the etiology of autism: psychosocial theory, biological theory, neuro anatomy mode, neuro anatomi mode, neuro immunology theory; Neurochemistry Hypotension and Infection of Virus. The extensive treatments could be implemented for the disease including behavioral modification/ intervention/therapy, speech and language therapy, occupational/physical therapy and special education. The purpose this study is to identify relationship between family’s development level and of acceptance of family to child with autism. The study was a cross-sectional using correlation analysis. Based on famiy development, it was found that 38,9% autism children were firs child in the family, 27,8% pre school children and 33,3% school children. The study found that most respondents about 80,6% were less accepted for the dieases. The correlation coefficient of the study (r value) was -0,133 and p value = 0,438. This means that level of family development was not significantly correlated with means that the level of family development was not significantly correlated with level of acceptance for child with autism. It is suggested nurses should know about the level of the family development the disease corefully.
