Terjadinya Kecemasan pada Klien Pre dan Post Operasi di RS Al Irsyad Surabaya
This was a descriptive research aimed at understanding causes of client ardciety prior to and after a surgery. All patients awalting for operative procedures were considered as population to be investigated. There were 15 samples derived. The study concluded that patients of a sugery were more arxious beore the procedure rather than after, since almost al samples were not found anxious after procedure. The most possible cause of anxiety were their knowledge on such procedure and the healing process. The study suggested that health education to patients prior to a surgery was a must, as well as after the procedure.
