Desain dan Simulasi Rangkaian Penguat Sinyal Biopotensial Tubuh pada Elektrokardiograph dengan Menggunakan Teknologi Hybrida Metal Oxyde Semikonduktor (MOS)
In general, the purpose of this study was to produce the design and simulation of the electrocardiograph biopotensial amplifier circuit, using Metal Oxyde Semiconductor (MOS) hybrid technology. The result of this research would be useful in the biomedical engineering department. This study woulkd be very beneficial that present a new invention in biomedical engineering appliances to solve problems faced by patients with heart disease. The technology offered small size in dimension and inexpensive cost, and this appliance can be effectively developed and applied in remotely monitoring of heart disease patients.using the Metal Oxyde Semiconductor technology, the dimension of the newly developed electrocardiograph biopotensial amplifier instrument is l = 1300 µm, w = 900 µm, so the total dimension is = (1300x1900) µm = 1.170.000 µm2. Results of the simulation indicated that the instrument has performed as designed, and produced an average amplification of 4 times the input signa.
