Exclusive breast feeding is breast feeding provide only to the baby until 6 mounths. Survey show level of the exclusive breast feeding was decrease year to year. Role of Husband is important to improve the success the success level of exclusive breast feeding. The problema of the study is “are the correlation abouth the success level of exclusive breast feeding with hasband role?” The porpuse of study to identify the correlation abouth the sucsses level of exclusive breast feeding with hasband role, with descriptive designe and cross sectional approach. Size of the sample are 73 respondents who are provide exclusive breast feeding. There study is located at Public Health Centre III of nourth of Denpasar. The result of study show the success level of exclusive breast feeding is 69%. Correlation test with chi square show there are significant correlation the sucssess level of exclusive breast feeding with husband role (p=0.001 and a=0.05). Odd ratio (OR)=2,88 the active hasband role 2.88 times probable to exclusive breast feeding provide success.
