Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan Khususnya Ibu Nifas pada Rumah Bersalin Bidan Delima di Kota Denpaar Tahun 2007
Compettion in mother health care and Family Planning service encourage the Indonesia Midwifery Association (IBI) to conduct Bidan Delima Program with its mission “bidan Delima is Private Practical Midwife (BPS) that could perform best quality in Maternal Health and Family Planning services, friendly, and care for customer’s interest, also fulfilling or exceeding customer’s hope”. The purpose of the research is to know the satisfaction level of the respondents for Post Natal service quality. It is approached by five service quality dimensions: reliability responsiveness, assurance, emphty, and tangible. Data was collected by quessionaire and observation. The data was analyzed by using Spearman’s rank order correlation test, multi-partial analisis, and percentage.
