The aim of this study was to find the effect of Psidium guajava 1. Leves extract on exercise. Extensor digitorum longus muscle MDA level MDA level in Rattus norvegicus resulting from anaerobic exercise. The study was a laboratory experimal study using the randomized post test only control group design. There were three groups in this study (group 1, 2 and 3). Group 1 was control, receiving only anaerobic exercise, without the extrct. Group 2 and 3 received anaerobic exercise and the extract of Psidium guajava 1. Leves in different doses. The doses are for group 2 dose 5.407 mg/200 g BW rats and group 3 dose 10.813 mg/200 g BW rats. The extract was given 3 hours before anaerobic exercise. Each subject in those groups was followed-up for 6 days. The groups were subjected to Extensor digitonum longus muscle MDA level examination on the last day (day 6).
