Perubahan Kadar Beta Endorpin Akibat Latihan Olahraga Pernafasan (The Alteration of beta Endorphin Blood Level Due to Respiratory Training)
The aim of this research was to know the alteration of ß Endorphin blood level due to respiratory training Satria Nusantara. This research was used randomized pretest-posttest group design. The sample was 15 men whose given exercise 3 times per week for 7 weeks and examined for ß Endorpin Blood Level before exercise 43 minutes and 24 hours after last exercise and then analyzed with ELISA (Enzym Linked Imunosorbent Assay). The data analyzed with pared t test. The result shows that ßendorphin blood level, 45 minutes post exercise and 24 hours after last exercise respectively was 16,62 ng/ml, 20,86 ng/ml and 20, 39 ng/ml with significant difference (p=0,000). In conclusion, there was alteration in ß endorphin blood level due to respiratory training of Satria Nusantara which increase 45 minutes and falling down 24 hours post exercise. This was show ß endorphin blood level was going back to recovery condition.
