Efektifitas Garam Lososa dalam Menghambat Peningkatan Peroksida Lipid (The Effectivity of LOSOSA Sait on inhibiting the Increasing of Lipid Peroxidation)
The aim of the research was to evaluate the effectivity of LOSOSA salt on inhibiting the increasing of lipid peroxidation especially in higher dose. The lipid proxidation was measured on the level of MDA plasma 32 Sprague Dawly Rat aging 4 months, were divided randomly into 4 group. Group A as control group was given High Sodium solution/HS (8% Nach), Group B was given LOSOSA 8%. Group C was given LOSOSA 12%, and Group D was LOSOSA 16%. The data was analyzed statistically to evaluate the effactivity of LOSOSA on inhibiting the increasing of lipid peroxide. The high ibcreasing of MDA plasma level occurred on control/HS group (8,24 ± 0,38) mmol). While the increasing of MDA the increasing of MDA plasma level on B,C and D group only 0,21 ± 0.08 mmol; 0,50 ± 0,16 mmol, and 3,93 ± 0,37 mmol. The increasing of MDA plasma level on three groups of Lososa were different significantly (P0,05) in comparing with control/HS group. LOSOSA sait was effective on inhibiting the increasing of lipid perokside although at higher dose.
