Decubitus is one of important problem in the CVA patient. Immobilitation is one of factor accor decubitus. One of treatment is back rub and back rub + beside left and right, but this treatment was not done optimally. The function of this treatment is to vasodiate blood vessel and making good metabolism, to increase activity, to decrease the pain, so to decrease decubitus risk. The aim of the study was to know different back rub and back –rub+ beside left and right on the decubitus of CVA patient in RSUP Mataram. The design this study was posttest only design. The population was the patient in RSUP Mataram and technical to get samle to use accidental sampling.
