Both pharmacologi activitas and chemical compounds of Platago major L have been searched. Immunomodulator is one of its activities. In this research has been isolated a compound predicted as immunomodulatory active compound from the ethyl acetate fraction of Plantago major L its structure was establish as scutellater 7-0-glucoside (plantaginin) by spectroscopic methods such as UV-Vis, LC-MS, H-NMR and C-NMR.
