Sensitivitas dan Spesifisitas ICT Stik Malaria dengan Enzim HRP-2 serta Aldolase
Malaria Rapid Test Diagnostic (RTC) has been widely used to diagnose malaria. RTD uses several enzymes combination such as HRP2, Aldolase and pLDH. There are several types of RTD platic cassettes, card, cipstick and hybrid cassette dipstick with different sensitivity and specificity. We determine the sensificity and specificity and specificity. We determine the sensitivity and specificity of a dipstick RTD with HRP2 and Aldolase as a targete enzymes. We investigated 59 samples including 20 of them as negative controls. Dipstick RTD and thin blood smear were applied to all samples. The sensificity of the RTD is 97%, with specificity of 86%, Positive Predictive value 93%, and negative predictive value 95%. Conclusion: the dipstick Rapid Test Diagnostic with HRP2 and Aldolase anzyme can be used as a valuable device in diagnosing malaria.
