Today the technology of medicine increase rapidly and the service of health become well, thus increase the age of life expectation which be followed with increasing the number of old age including menopause female. Menopause female will give impact in improving pint of pain event or the death because of osteoporosis, so it need an action to cultivation and prevention about the disease. Osteoporis in menopause female related to blood calcium. So to find out the correlation between osteoporosis, blood calcium concentrate, and the length of menopause, comparative analytic study have done to menopause woman. Test subject was measured by hospital base due to continuos time to 83 menopausal womans. It was done the examination of physical, examination of densitometer and laboratory test for blood calcium concentrate. Form the result of research indicated that the subject 40-74 years, were physical characteristics 50.9±6.8, body mass index (kg/m²) 23.6±3.4. The stage osteoporosis from subject connected with during of menopause with correlation analysis Chi quadrate. It was found test subject connected with during of menopause with correlation analysis Chi quadrate. It was found test subject which face osteoporosis as follows, osteoporosis 9.6% (8 persons), osteopeni 59.1% (49 person), normal 31.3% (26 persons), with value p < 0.001. Stage of osteoporosis had connected with blood calcium concentrate with Pearson analysis was x² = 19.751, p = 0.080. This research indicated that there is correlation between the stage of osteoporosis with the length of menopause and do not show correlation the stage of osteoporosis with blood calcium concentrate.
