A study had been conducted to determine several pathogenic fungi to mosquito larvae from several ditchs in South Jakarta. A number of 24 general of fungi consisting 42 isolators were able to be isolated from 5,438 mosquito larvae. They were cultured in Sabouraud dextrose agar media. Fungi which were found in all instar of Cx. quinquefasciatus were Blastomyces sp (0.44); Culicinomyces sp (0.44); Candida sp (0.33); Geotrichum sp (0.33); Lagenidium sp (0.44); Verticulum sp (0.33) and Penicillium sp (0.22) only two general of those fungi were known as biological control agent i.e. Culiciuomyces sp and Lagenidium sp. From the variance analysis it was shown that the infection rate between instar III (25.4 percent): pupae (27.4 percent): instar I (19.9 percent); instar II (17.5 percent); instar IV (14.8 percent) was significantly different (p=0.05).
