Degloving Technique on Olfactory Neuroblastoma Surgery (Teknik Degloving pada Operasi Olfactory Neuroblastoma)
A surgery to remove tumor both benign and malignant tumor in nasal cavity, nasofaring and tumor in the middle part of the face, usually done through outward incision in paranasal sinus or transpalatina. Where as in fact outward incision in Weber Ferguson method of operating will cause cicatrix defect in the middle part of the face. People especially youth, women and carrier women do not like to do this. By developing degloving technique recently through sublabial incision as well as rhinoplasti with or without osteotomi from os nasal and procesus frontalis maxilla, this on a cosmetic way it will give good result.
