Up-Regulation ofTNF-RI and HIF-1a Activation of Ephihelial Cells on Rabbit Kidney Tubuli Which Treated With Pseudomonas sp Intraureter

Pro-inflammatory cytokine like Tumour Necrosis Factor-α expression induces activation of Hypoxia Inducible factor-1 (HIF-1). This study was done to see the influence of the treatment of Pseudomonas sp. Intraureter on TNF-RI regulation and expression of HIF-1a on epithelial cells of rabbit kidney which treated with Pseudomonas sp. Intraureter. This experimental study used rabbits as samples which devided into six groups, there were (1) Normal rabbit (2) rabbit that that had been ligated (3) Rabbit that had been ligated and injected with 10pangkat 5 Pseudomonas for1 day (4) Rabbit that had been ligated and injected 10 pangkat 3 Pseudomonas for 3 days (5) Rabbit that had been ligated and injected 10 pangkat 5 Pseudomonas for 5 days (6) Rabbit that had been ligated and injected 10 pangakat 5 Pseudomonas for 7 days. All sample were nefreotomi and kidneys were blocked in paraffin, and stained by immunochemistry for TNF-RI and HIF-1a. The result showed that rabbit that had been ligated and injected with 10pangkat5 Pseudomonas for 7 days expressed TNF-RI higher than another groups.
