Pemanfatan Xilanase dalam Industri
Progress in the fields of agriculture and industrial agriculture has lead to an increase in agricultural waste. Most of these agricultutral waste are lignocellulosed waste such as hay, cob and rind of com, palm press fibers, etc if uncontroled lignocellulosed waste in huge quantity will cause environmental pollution. Actually, lignocellulosed waste as an organic subtance has the potential of being used as an industrial raw material. Lignocellulosed waste can put in used in industries by making use of xylanse enzymes producing microorganisme through the work of this enzyme, lignocellulosed waste can be fractioned into its composing components. The production of xylanase from various microorganisms have now been greatly developed for industrial use.
