One hundred and four experienced male and female ORHIBA practitioners served as subjects. Multiple regression analysis were applied in order to determine the extent to which cardiorespiratory responses and skinfold thickness was correlated with daily ORHIBA activity. In midlife the duration of ORHIBA correlated with skinfold thickness (p less than 0.05). The younger men, age less than 40 years, generally have higher VO2max but there were no significant correlation between ORHIBA intensity nor duration VO2max. It was concluded that duration of habitual ORHIBA activity can favorably improve body composition, but physiologically cardiorespiratory function still be a question, although there were differences within age groups.
