Infantile polycystic kidney disease is one of the most frequent renal cyst diseases found in children. The most frequent clinical manifestations is : bilateral flank masses at birth. This clinical entity may cause hypertension, urinary tract infection and the worst is chronic renal failure. Continous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis is needed to alleviate clinical condition of chronic renal failure patient and to improve prognosis before undergoing renal transplantation
