Ear, nose and throat region are the most prominent area infected byvarious bacteria and virus. Acute tonsilitis were 30 percent caused by bacteria, 40 percent by virus and the rest were indophatic. Most of the bacteria in the tonsil surface produce beta-lactamase enzyme. In chronic sinusitis the population of anerobic bacteria increased due to various causes reason. Ampicillin and amoxycillin can not be recommend in chronic maxillary sinusitis. Combination of quinolon and metronidazole gave optimal result in the benign type of chronic suppurative otitis media.
