Gastritis, Stress and Helicobacter Pylori (Gastritis, Stres dan Helicobacter Pylori)

Four groups paralel control design were in this study, independent variable were electromagnetic sound, lights and the Helicobacter pylori. Helicobacter pylori was isolated from two adult patients who had been visit to Dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital Malang, East Java Indonesia with ulcer duodeni. Bacterial identification was based on several criteria as morphology under light microscope, colony forming, urease test, oxidase test, catalase test and glucose test. After sixteen weeks observation variables dependent were examinized T and B, secretoric IgA and blood IgE. The results show that group with combined stress + Helicobacter exhibit histopathologic changes, mast cells, reduced respond of the proliferation lymphocyte T, B cells and reduce levels IgA. Group Helicobacter pylori show increase IgE blood level. Group of stress and group of Helicobacter pylori show no difference histhopatologic changes if compare with control group. Histopathologic changes is supported by experimental data sugesting that hormone cortisol has indirect effects to histopathologic changes.
