Non Hodkins Lymphomas (NHL) account for 5 percent of human malignancy and in ENT Department 69 percent was found in Waldeerring. Various treatment were recommended as chemotherapy, operation and radiotherapy. Chemotherapy can be use et all stage of diseases and even in the widespread diseases, this procedure is more effective than other treatment. Corticosteroid in one of regimen in combination chemotherapy. At NHL, corticosteroid has antineoplastic effect that cause lysis of the tumor cells. The recent study of others corticosteroid effects during chemotherapy lymphoma are : diseases the fever, antiemetic, therapy of hipercalcemia if conventional procedure were.
