The relative risk of low birth weight for the anemic and primiparous women is almost twice (adjusted RR = 1.74) compared to the non-anemic and multiparous women (p-value=0.0317). 2. The relative risk of prematurity more than twice (adjusted-RR = 2.23; 95 percent CI : 1.5-2.89) on anemic pregnant women on the third trimester compared to the non-anemic pregnant women on the third trimester (p-value=0.0158). 3. The ralative risk of intra-uterine growth retardation (IUGR) is almost tripled (adjusted-RR =2.86) for the primiparous anemic pregnant women on the third trimester compared to the non anemic multiparous pregnant women (p-value=0.0481). For the prevention of low birth weight, prematurity and intra-uterine growth retardation (IUGR), the prevention and therapy of pregnants women should be handled carefuly. Iron tablet intervention should be improved inacceptablility and obedience of pregant women to drink it regularly.
